Both Dr Kirstin and Dr Ellenger went above and beyond their basic roles to ensure I was seen quickly by surgical staff. I have nothing but admiration and praise for these 2 Doctors and for listening to me, their level of empathy, skill, professionalism and rapid responses and aid. Absolutely amazing example of NHS primary care service

Once you get an appointment you cannot fault the service or staff. All are lovely and helpful. I have never felt rushed and if you have a genuine problem the doctors will not rush you out, like so many others. (Obviously you should try to stick to your allotted time.)

My only gripes are the availability of appointments, which are too far away and the phones should not be answered if no one can speak to you. I wasted 45 minutes of my limited phone minutes today, listening to the awful and constant, messages and losing my minutes. If the phones are busy, have an engaged signal and we can keep trying. Please stop having robots answering and keeping us waiting for ages.

I am new to the practice and just want to say what a great experience I have had. It can be really nerve wrecking moving to a new GP surgery but everything I have experienced from booking appoinments to the registering process has been very efficient. I also have to say the staff have all been really lovely and have made me really relaxed and welcome. The receptionists have always been really friendly and helpful and the nurse I saw was really lovely during the appointment. Thank you to everyone for making my experience so comfortable.

Been with this surgery all my life and never had any problems. fantastic support and treatment during serious back problems, leading to immediate surgery on the same day as Doctor’s assessment, which would have led to life changing complications if not assessed. A great surgery with friendly reception staff, doctors and nurses. Yes there is sometimes difficulty securing an appointment when needed, but all GP surgeries are suffering with this pressure.

I have no issues at this doctors, the GP’s are very helpful and always take time to listen to concerns whether about myself or my children and take our views on board! The nurse practitioner is also very good and is easy To get an appointment with the nurse practitioner. There can be a wait for appointments especially if using the app but if it’s urgent the receptionist always tries to fit us in even if it is a telephone appointment.
